Please read our full terms and conditions carefully before using this platform. By registering, you are considered to have accepted these terms.
1. General Provisions
1.1 Parties to the Agreement
These terms and conditions apply between the dt33 platform ("Company", "we", "us") and any registered or unregistered user ("user", "you", "your"). By using the platform or opening an account, you are considered to have agreed to these complete terms and conditions.
1.2 Scope of Services
dt33 operates a mobile-first online gaming and betting platform for users in Bangladesh. Our services include:
- Live casino games (roulette, baccarat, card games)
- Slot machines and video slots
- Betting on cricket, football and other sports
- Crash games and instant games
- Live dealer game sessions
The Company reserves the right to change, add to or reduce the scope of services at any time.
1.3 Language and Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are written in Bengali and will be governed by the laws of Bangladesh. If any dispute arises, both parties will attempt to resolve it through discussion. If no resolution is reached through discussion, the applicable legal process will be followed.
2. Account Registration
2.1 Registration Eligibility
To open an account with dt33, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years of age
- You must be a legally competent individual
- You must not reside in an area where online gaming is completely prohibited
- This must be your only active account
2.2 Accuracy of Information Provided
At the time of registration you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in the account being immediately suspended or cancelled, and any pending transactions will be considered void.
2.3 Single Account Policy
Each individual may operate only one dt33 account. Operating more than one account by the same person will be considered a violation of the rules. In such cases all accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.
2.4 Verification Process
The Company may verify a user's identity at any time. A national identity card, passport or other documents may be requested for this purpose. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.
3. Age Restrictions
3.1 Obligation to Prove Age
The Company may request appropriate documentation to verify a user's age at any time. An account may be restricted until age verification is complete. If it is proven that a user is a minor, the account will be immediately closed.
3.2 Responsibility of Parents and Guardians
We request that parents and guardians use parental control software when giving devices to children and teenagers. If any minor uses this site, the relevant adult will be held responsible.
4. Account Security
4.1 Password and Login Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Giving anyone else access to your account is strictly prohibited. Use a strong password containing uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and special characters.
4.2 Unauthorized Access
If you notice unauthorized access to your account or any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately. The Company will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from your login details being disclosed to a third party.
4.3 Technical Security
dt33 uses the highest level of SSL encryption technology to keep your personal and financial information secure. Our systems undergo regular security testing to ensure your data remains protected.
5. Deposits and Withdrawals
5.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
dt33 currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. The maximum deposit limit is determined by the payment method and account level.
5.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum amount for withdrawing your balance is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Conditions applicable to withdrawals:
- The account must be fully verified
- The wagering requirement for any bonus must have been met
- The withdrawal method must be consistent with the deposit method
- There must be no ongoing security review
5.3 Transaction Currency
All transactions on dt33 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For transactions in foreign currency, the prevailing exchange rate will apply and an additional conversion fee may be charged.
5.4 Third-Party Payments Prohibited
You may only deposit and withdraw using a payment account registered in your own name. Using a payment account registered in another person's name is completely prohibited, and any such suspicious transactions will be investigated.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
6.1 Welcome Bonus
New users are eligible to receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳8,000. To receive this bonus:
- The first deposit must be made within 7 days of registration
- A wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount must be met before withdrawal
- This bonus applies only once per account
- The bonus may only be usable on specific games
6.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement determines how many times you must wager the bonus amount before you are able to withdraw it. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x). For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you can withdraw after placing ৳20,000 in bets.
6.3 Bonus Abuse
If a user attempts to abuse bonuses or claim bonuses fraudulently, the Company may cancel the bonus and suspend or close the account. This includes: claiming bonuses using multiple accounts, using coordinated betting strategies, and exploiting any unusual loopholes in bonus terms.
6.4 Ongoing Promotions
dt33 offers regular users various cashback, reload bonuses and special event offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which will be detailed on the promotions page.
7. Gaming Rules
7.1 Fair Play Policy
dt33 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair play. The outcome of each game is completely independent and does not depend on previous results. No user or staff member can influence the outcome of a game.
7.2 Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted due to a server error, disconnection or any other technical issue, the Company will resolve the situation based on the last server record. In such cases, the Company's decision will be considered final.
7.3 Betting Limits
Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are clearly displayed before the game begins. The Company may change these limits without prior notice. In special circumstances, bet limits may be set separately for specific users.
7.4 Special Rules for Sports Betting
The following applies to betting on cricket, football and other sports:
- Bets placed before a match starts will be automatically cancelled and refunded if the match is cancelled
- Odds in live betting may change at any time
- If a match is suspected of being fixed, the relevant bets will be reviewed
- BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL and international tournament results will be settled based on the official announcement
8. Prohibited Activities
8.1 Fraudulent Activities
The following activities are completely prohibited:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts
- Using software or bots to influence game outcomes
- Using a false identity or another person's identity
- Filing chargebacks or payment disputes
- Money laundering or any illegal financial activity
8.2 Collusion and Match Fixing
If multiple users attempt to gain an unfair advantage by coordinating with each other, or if they are found to be involved in fixing the outcome of a sporting event, all associated accounts will be closed and law enforcement agencies may be notified where applicable.
8.3 Platform Abuse
Any attempt to damage the Company's systems, servers or network, harassing other users, or behaving disrespectfully toward Company staff is completely prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Service Availability
The Company makes every effort to provide uninterrupted service on the platform, but if service is disrupted for any reason, the Company will not be held liable for any loss. This includes: technical maintenance, network issues, natural disasters or any other uncontrollable circumstances.
9.2 Liability for Gaming Losses
The Company bears no liability for money lost in games. Gaming is inherently a risky activity and the user plays entirely at their own risk. If there is a dispute over the outcome of any game, it will be resolved through the designated dispute resolution process.
9.3 Third-Party Content
Game provider companies (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, etc.) are third parties. dt33 is not directly responsible for any issues related to their software or services, but we will always try to assist in resolving problems.
10. Privacy Policy

11. Account Closure
11.1 Account Closure at the User's Request
You can request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawals must be completed before the account is closed, and any bonus funds will be forfeited.
11.2 Account Closure at the Company's Initiative
The company may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity
- Providing false information
- Found to be underage
- Direction from law enforcement authorities
11.3 Voluntary Break (Self-Exclusion)
If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, you can contact our support team to have your account suspended for a set period (30 days, 90 days, or permanently). This service is free and available 24/7.
12. Changes to Terms
12.1 Right to Make Changes
dt33 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified via email or a notice on the platform.
12.2 Acceptance of Changes
Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, stop using the platform and request account closure.
12.3 Severability of Terms
If any clause of these terms is found to be unenforceable for any reason, that shall apply only to that specific clause, and all remaining clauses will remain fully in effect.
